About the Collection

Diversity and Evolution: This section examines patterns of diversity and the distribution of plants and animals across various habitats and regions. It may include studies on species richness and evenness, habitat preferences, and factors influencing biological diversity. Additionally, understanding the mechanisms of evolution and distribution dynamics is crucial for comprehending how organisms evolve, diversify, and thrive in various environments.

Ethnobiology: Study of the academic aspects of ethnobiology and ethnoecology, namely, how information about food and ecological links is passed down through generations. Contributions may encompass official and informal educational practices, curriculum development, and the role of education in the conservation of food heritage.
